BCB allowed NZ team to practice in the center pitch of Mirpur Stadium Cricket Ground, where five ODIs will take place this month.

This is simply outrageous. Even Razzaq, in an interview with the BD media admitted that it was not a good decision by BCB, and furthermore, BD team never got any practice opportunities in the center pitch or in the match pitch before the match in any countries around the world.

I am just trying to find a rationale behind it, is it a unique sign of BD hospitality, or some BCB personnel were bribed, or simply it was a loose decision.

If BCB does not nip in the bud events like this, then more embarrassment and loss are coming to BD team.

Yup, I can't stand it when my family does something nice for guests that come to our house as well. Maybe BCB can make up for it by not putting a bathroom in the Kiwi dressing rooms during the matches

Your comment is too generic.

I always appreciate if my family does something good to our guests. But there is a fine line between should and should not about some basic things, usually accepted around the world.

In this situation, host countries never allow the visiting opponents to practice in the match pitch before the match.

And your second sentence is a bizzare idea that never happened in the sports world.
Secondly, this is not the way you can compensate to the loss.

Razzak is upset beacause New Zealand practiced in center wicket. Which took place yesterday (02/10) but today Bangladesh were practicing in center. So its all fair and square, Kiwis wont have any excuse after they loose the first game.

Just presuming: Razzak wanted to surprise Kiwis on first ODI and win that match, but does he not know this is 5 match series and Kiwis would have known about the pitch after first game anyway.

I have a feeling now that Siddons is almost upto that point where he'd even take a hefty paycut provided the Board does what he tells them to provide. What a bunch of idiots in the BCB. And since they refused us to practice in the center wicket, why should we let them? I remember couple of tours ago were the New Zealand players not bad-mouthing about the country (Richardson)? Pissing them off would have been exactly what we needed to get some parity for this series. Instead...this is just ridiculous. Maybe Siddons can punch Lotus in the face when he leaves the job (inevitably having been accused of doing a bad job)...

well its alright cos BD players or in any touring nations hardly get center wicket practice which is normal , but at the same time if you are skilled and professionally capable you can beat any team in any conditions which should not be a problem. SO its better they start playing now its going to be a real test for BD players to do something.

problem was BCB was sacred that NZ will bad mouth about BCB. as there were no rain the grounds should be good enough for playing but other than mirpure no other ground got play ready even after 3/4 days heat. and hence from stopping them from complaining BCB did this...
