Coach probably didn't have time to email me - they had little time to pack back home. Thanks for the update.

no problem! i got the news from jugantor.com. thats all they reported.
the one thing to note is shamsur's form. this is his second one-day century in as many at bats. he didn't bat in the last game, the one we won by 9 wickets. and he scored 101 in our 8th game. i also heard queensland was supposed to be one of the toughest teams we were to face on this tour. not bad at all..

well maybe just not yet... but he shud be in the pipeline. And once again I am strongly against the transition from u-19 to the national side. A failure will have a serious mental impact at this age... He shud get BD-A call ups and get any and every international exposure but not with the national team.

That says a lot about the future of Bdesh cricket. We own our critics (who says we are not up to the test standard) big time and only performance like this can shut them up. Who knows with our performance we might be able to question test status of Australia or England one day.....that day is not far away. well done boys....u have made us really proud.

i was at the last game that was played in Townsville against our tropical north side
you have a good bunch of cricketers coming through
they were fantastic in the field and they bowled extremely well....
if your juniors keep coming through like the ones i saw bangladesh wont be the easy beats in cricket for the years to come
the score was
B U'19 248 for 7 or 8
tropical 187 all out

hey thanks a lot for your kind comments...and welcome to banglacricket! Can you let us know any more specific comments that about what you saw of our young guns? their fielding? their bowling? How were the pacers? line and length or some genuine pace? how about the spinners? And what's your opinion about the bats and their technique?

i didnt see any of the batting but when any team gets 248 of 50 overs they must of batted well.....
but i watched the bowling....that left armer bowled with some pace....good line too.......and the right armer bowled alright...but the spinners got most of the wickets...the bowled a very good line....and the fielders saved alot of runs.......very good catching....
its a shame richard mcinnes is leaving bangladesh to come & coach our young guns..he seem to put some good practices in over there...its only going to benefit australian cricket with richard being here
i went and saw your senior team in cairns australia in 2003 when they got outplayed by a red hot aussie team but in the direction you are heading in now things can only get better......
ill catch you all later
and go the mighty aussies as in 6 weeks we are going to retain the ashes again

yeap ashes is coming up. one of the most important tournament of the australian team after the WC. its a tournament of honor also. although for the past few years it has been one sided because of the great australian dominance but it is still good to watch the english keep struggling even after playing 100 or so years of cricket.
