He is trying to be all dynamic by making sudden changes. He could have kept everyone quite if his selection was successful. Only a 0-2 and 0-3 sweep doesnt help.

Well, just one series failure should NOT be a huge factor...as both selectors and players now realizing their mistakes...

Faruk should have fielded the same team that whitewashed NZ, in the Sri Lanka series. That team was a settled team. Shakib coming in should have simply replaced Ryad as a bowling all rounder at no. 7

Find Ziaur Rahmans selection pretty odd. At best he is a number 8. Him batting at 7 means we bat with a very very long tail. Not sure whether he ll be utilized with the ball much either.
