\"U/19\'s won\'t be rushed into the national team\"- Faruk
Janakantha claimed that, in an exclusive conversation with one of their reporters, chief selector Faruk Ahmed said members of the current u/19 squad won't be rushed into the senior side regardless how spectacular performances they achieve. He pointed out that the main reasons behind their recent successes are their outstanding matul understanding of each other and their high level of confidence as a team. So he wants to let them stay as a team as long as possible. In his opinion, Bangladesh always has abundance of young talents, but many of them got spoiled after their early inclusions in the national team and the rest got lost because of negligence. So this time the selectors are planning to groom the boys properly in the youth levels and in the A team before considering any of them for the national side.

I don't believe him, gradually you'll see one by one each of them getting a chance.
Let's hope i'm wrong and he sticks to his word

hope so. However, Faruk will be in tremendous pressure in a year or so if our bright stars from national team continues to fail like this.

we do have over-19 players that we can groom to fill in the gaps, though. we should concentrate more on that.

Finally ,selectors have realized that giving players early cap does not do them favor at all.
Good move any way.Although I have a doubt about this.
Will selectors be able to sustain the pressure and keep up their words?
