Default Equation for Bangladesh to qualify for semi-final

This Sunday, if Netherlands beat SA and Bangladesh defeat Pakistan, then the Tigers will qualify for semis

Netherlands has beaten England twice in the past. Upsets do happen specially in T20s. Namibia best Sri Lanka, don't forget.

The Dutch have bowled quite well. The recent win against Zimbabwe will give them some confidence and for SA they'll be coming off a loss against Pakistan.

That being said- based on our skills, performance and limitations we don't deserve to play Semis.

4th is the right place for us. It's like supporting Crystal Palace and expecting them to finish Top-4 in the Premier League.

Not with BD lol. If they don't beat Pak, it will be another failure of WC. Scraping by minnow/associate team is not good enough.

^^^ Respectfully I have to disagree boss. Average Bangladeshi people are very hardworking, simple minded, humble, omayik people. There is a reason why all the foreigners and vloggers who visit our country are blown away by our friendliness and hospitality. Of course, we always put the best foot forward when we have guests. But still if so many people say the same thing there is merit. Please do not be dissuaded by few bad apples.

Back to cricket, Litton Das probably out with injury. BIG blow for Bangladesh. We cannot control other events (re: Nederlands) but we have to focus on our own victory against Pakistan.

Brother rather than speaking from outside please come and work here for 5 years as I have. Then we can have a debate. You will get the hands on experience when you work here as permanent basis

We are very friendly and our hospitality is world renown I can agree with that..that's why when you come from abroad for 3 months you love the place..but when you work and you have interest of people colliding you will see the true face

Back to cricket..what if Ned wins and we lose..then we and Ned will have 4 points and we will be out of top 8 as Ned will have a better RR..meaning we will have to play qualifier in next world cup..that will be lol worthy!

That big defeat against SA hurt us badly. BD, ZIM, AFG, and WI will have to play qualification rounds in 2024. There are good chances we may slip against likes of IRE, SCO, or NAM, like how WI failed to qualify this time.
