Congrats to India, they deserved to win. Pakistans fielding was atrocious. If they had held on to Tendulkar, lets say on the 2nd attempt, they would have won this.
Anyways, it was good to see Afridi being so sporting and congratulating India and their fans.

Well afridi's reaction was very Touching ,
he ask pardon to his nation because they can't go to final ...
And BD cricketers are happy because they have won 3 games ( tamim's column for JS )

Bangladesh is no Pakistan. Finals was a realistic goal for Pak.
But I do agree though, Tamim seemed real happy with those 3 wins.

I have to say afridi was very dignified in his loss, which is not exactly what you expect from him. can't say I like any player in your team other than younis khan but you guys are a damn good team. so hat's off.

seems he was right.

Sigh... dropped catches = lost matches.
I was gonna support Sri Lanka in the final regardless of who won this match. Now that they have a big disadvantage (opponent with home advantage), I'd be even more delighted to see them win.

I'd really love to hear Misbah's game plan. Also Afridi said they wanted to finish off Harbhajan Singh first, and then take the power play. Well then why play shot to get out?
Also both senior players dropped Sachin...
Best thing came out of this game, DRS flipped the bird at BCCI and the Indians. It's here to stay baby.

congratulations Team India, 2 wickets each bowler, what better team performance than this ?
I have never seen Tendu bat this painfully before, man he was lucky today.
This was a complete good game and Pakistan really were playing well. They were made to play some bad shots purely due to the pressure put by Dhoni's captaincy. Should not take anything away from pakistan coz if just one of their batsmen had carried on, if just one batsman.
Thanks to the Pak team for being so gracious in defeat, esp Afridi !
Cheers !

Dhoni and Sachin mentioned nothing about Pak in most-match ceremony. They weren't as sporty either. On the other hand Afridi was very "spiritual", thanked India and Indian crowd, congratulated them and wished them luck. Also he apologies to his own fans. Quite weird
