The Must see games/Possible round 2 dream matches
Must See Games to see
1)Germany vs Costa Rica; First Match of the WC
2)Mexico vs Portugal
3)United States vs Czech Republic; Just watch group E!
4) Japan vs Brazil; Japan 2-2 vs Germany and Managed a draw vs Brazil too in 05
5)England vs Sweden; History backs Sweden
Looking ahead possible second round Matches
Round 2
Czech Republic vs Brazil; wouldn't it be nice to see the #2 ranked team in the world play the #1 team in world? You know Brazil will win Group F ; Group E is Is dead hard with USA and Italy so it wouldn't surprise me to see CZE inishing second.
England vs Germany; Someone's WC Bubble will Burst; I think Germany Will win Group A, but England may fall behind Sweden

mate..you should say must see games for U... cuz some of us might be more inclined to see other games involving other countries...based on thier preference...
like for example, im looking forward to all Australia, Brazil and Holland games...
or any game that does NOT include Argentina...lol..

the groupings are pretty crappy this time...group D isn't even anywhere close to what you would call a group of "Death". I see an easy path to the 2nd round for most teams.
but then again, the way things usually go at a WC, you never know. Ivory Coast might make it to the QF's.

the group argentina is in is the toughest group, ivory coast, serbia, nederlands all are good teams. so i am going to watch all the games in that group. also watching games of brazil and england. iran may be interesting as well. most boring teams are germany, usa, australia etc.

hey guys in North America seems to be lucky enough of having the games in a really good times... ha ha...
mate here in Australia, we have games starting at 11pm, midnight, 2 am and 5am in the morning... talk bout a crappy time seeing the matches...
5am on a cold winter morning...
11pm (only a very few) and midnight is all right..but the other two time slots are gonna give a lot of us a red itching sleepless eye to the work next day.. add few more beers all night with your mates in anxiously waitin for the games to begin....and few more during n after the game..
u got a perfect recipe for a disaster at work.... ha ha

For sure, if BD had made it to the WC there would be a nation wide holiday throughout WC. Australia should do that too. What's few extra dollars comparing to watch the matches live? At least Australia should declare half day off.

Atleast you guys have the option to watch the games... I mean its either sleep or the game... here if you have to go to work, you have no option but to go to work and miss the game.... I remember in Bd, we used to watch games late night and go to school in the morning....

I agree with Sadi. Sadly for me the games coincide with work on weekdays and there's no way for me to watch the games there. I'll have to either catch reruns (hopefully there will be one) or download it. I'd rather have the games start at a time that us cricket fans are more used to (i.e. late at night).
