I don't get this at all. look at the bottom of the table. There are 9 teams with 0 points positioned at 196. 8 teams had positive increase in their ranking from the previous month (next column after the points). Is that possible? Some team must go down in order for others to come up, right? How come the last team can have a positive increase of 6?

It shits me that teams like Switzerland (13th), Ukraine (15th) & Guinea (24th) have moved up 22, 30 & 27 spots, and yet Australia has moved up just 9 spots to 33rd. At the same time, teams like Japan (49th) and Korea (56th) have dropped 31 & 27 places respectively.
What a joke!
