But you would feel sadder for Croatia had they lost. Because unlike England who had the easiest group of the lot, Croatia had the toughest. And their Denmark and Russia tests were tougher as well, than England's Colombia and Sweden tests.

Also, this is kind of a golden generation for Croatia and thus had to capitalize. The great Modric's chance to win for his country. While this England team should get better in theory, and will get another chance at it 4 years later.

Really happy for Croatia. They were brilliant in the last 75 minutes of the match.

Ya true that. This is a very young Eng team. Will have another opportunity in 4 years. But this was their best chance to reach the final I think since they didnt have to face any major team so far. And they could not cash it out

. Main reason they lost was Harry Kane not clicking and poor defending.
