Brutal Sunday. 100% brackets were busted.

Where to start?

#1 Virginia loses to 16 seed. 1st time ever. 135 tries before.

Another #1 seed Xavier out in the second round.

#2 UNC gone. Blown out by A&M. #3 Michigan State done and dusted. #2 Cinci out the door. #4 Zona upended by Buffalo, lol.

This eases Kentucky's path. They were suppose to face the hardest road to final four. 12 Davidson, 4 Zona, 1 UVA, and 2 Cinci. Average of less than 4.75. Now they beat 12 Davidson, 13 Buffalo. Will face 16 UMBC??? and then 11 Loloya/ 7 Nevada. Average of almost 11/13.

Zag (Gonzaga) should be another final four team, with Kentucky, Nova, and Kansas/Puke.

Well we are in to elite 8 now. Loyola is the story. Cinderella story. An 11th seed all the way to the elite 8. There opponent Kansas State. A 7th seed. Winners of these two would meet either #3 Michigan or #9 Florida State.

Other side of the bracket, #2 Puke vs #1 Kansas. Winner will meet #1 Villanova vs #3 Texas Tech.

So, this year, 2 #1s & #2, 3 #3, all (4) #4, #5, #6s are gone. That's lot of upsets.

Loyolaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa wow!!!! They will face Michigan.

Kansas beat Puke. Will face Villanova. That is going to be an interesting game.

The Championship game has been set. Michigan vs Villanova. Looks like it is Villanova's to lose.

Two good final four games I watched. Loyola up by 10 at the half, Michigan comeback. Villanova running Kansas out of the building, with 3s, in record numbers.

L'ville the first casualty busted my bracket. Lost to Minnesota. Plot twist. L'ville fire Pitino. Minn hire Pitino's son. Pitino's son beats L'Ville in the Tourney.

Good and bad.

Good: Puke are finally out of the tournament.

Bad: My pick Zag and UNC out as well.

Well the good guys won for once. Virginia won their first ever NCAA Basketball Tournament. Congrats. Texas Tech had several chances to win it all but couldn't capitalize. Congrats to them as well for making it there and giving Virginia all that they could handle and some. No shame in losing.

I wonder if their coach gets pouched on by some big leaguers. Lubbock Texas. Who's going to build a career in there? My Gut says he is leaving soon.
