An unforgettable World Cup comes to an end after Sunday's eagerly anticipated final between Germany and Argentina.

1. Goalkeeper: Tim Howard (USA)

2. Defensemen: Hummels-Boateng-Lahm (Germany), Mensah (Ghana).

3. Midfielders: Kroos (Germany), Gustavo (Brazil), James Rodriguez (Colombia).

4. Forwards: Messi (Argentina), Muller (Germany), Robben (Netherlands).
