I agree with your advice .

I was giving some friendly advice recenly to a new member and some Mod went ballistic on me. Although that being said another Mod stepped in and quite rightfully told that other mod off.

I agree that this thread is not engaging enough. However, we should not repel new/ long lost members. If we don't like the thread, just move on to the next one.
