Yes, but will the TRP ratings change? Not much. BTW, a lot of Indians believe that neutral match will have sparce crowds so ticket prices won't matter. The neutral matches held in India during the 2011 WC were played in graveyard like environment.
My point is that shifting venues is out of the question for ICC as far as money is concerned. Another thing to ponder about is whether India will still be hosting the 2016 WT20 as well as the 2014 T20 WC. Don't forget, India's election will be held "during" the same period which could mean chaos in India. So at the end of the day its a Lose-Lose situation for ICC, BCB and BCCI if venues are shifted. ICC will only change venues if they are left choice-less which is quite unlikely because whats happening in our country is mere "politcial" violence. I have been told that places like Chittagong and Dhaka are quite safe at present, when you compare to outskirts like "shitkundo", "tongi" "comilla" and places like that.
Another point to note is that Pakistan is the only team which has shown quite a bit of concern. One logical reason is the anti-bangladesh sentiments in our country making them feel unsafe. What I dislike is that PCB is asking ICC to "change" venues and thats what agitates me. Under normal circumstances it would have been acceptable but one can feel PCB's urge to humiliate us in front of the world. While I''ll agree that Pakistan are much better than us currently in cricketing aspects, we should consider ourselves lucky that we are not being run by a board like PCB.

Like we care. Atleast the asia cup will take place and we will have more cricket to play but I will be disheartened if the WT20 is moved away

forget the T20 cup or Asia cup, I'm more worried about the Srilanka series because if it doesn't take place in BD it won't take place anywhere else, which means a full series of 2 Tests,3 ODIs, 2T20s all washed.
And also the Sri series is only a month away.
I'm really not hopeful about the Srl series taking place.

I think SL touring will be a last minute decision. Lucky for us the election is in a week so once the elections take place we can hope for some sanity. If not, then SLC will observe the situation for a while and then come to a conclusion.

And, if Sri Lanka series doesn't take place, Asia Cup and WCT20 won't be in BD either.

SL tour is not happening ( Hope I am wrong). The condition of BD will not improve in a month. It might get worse after the chudurbudur election.

There's no danger to foreign teams. Hopefully the BCB can convince the SLC. Its not Pakistan. Its just idiots with soda bottles full of hairspray and a lighter. Just get the army to escort the Lankan players around and play the series in quieter places than Dhaka. We can't afford to lose a Test series, especially one we can draw. Worst case scenario play the series in SL or the UAE. If Afghanistan can afford to play in the UAE, why can't we?

There is a huge difference between the situation in Pakistan and Bangladesh.
The attack on the Lankan bus was a "planned" attack, don't think it will happen in Bangladesh
