India is very slow in taking runs... everyone seems to start slow now a days. New strategy to handle T20 pressure. Having said that I think 140 is a good score in this pitch.

Afghanistan's bowling has been very impressive but their fielding has been atrocious. If they want to become a better team, they desperately need to be better in their fielding.

14 wides, 3 dropped catches, and 2 misfieldings that cost boundaries, 2 overthrows. But still managed to keep India at 159. Not that bad!

They would be a stronger side given that they stay inside Pakistan, use 100% Pakistani facilities. Once they are in their own country, I doubt if they could continue. I am pretty sure once they are out from Pakistan, they will have Kenya's fate.

That's why the Test match status has to wait on them. They have to first run a proper FC structure and prove they have proper youth programs churning out good cricketers. If they can prove they are self sufficient, then they can think of being a Test playing nation. I'd love for them to become a Test member one day, but I hope they don't get it too early and become like us. I'm sure ICC has learned their lesson and are being conservative.

Ya their bowling attack looks really poor. They'll definitely have problems against the better teams if they have to defend their targets.

Why ZIM failed to improve in test? Just couple players left/retired, and they are completely destroyed. Sure ICC didn't make that mistake when they approved Test status for ZIM.
