^ looks like you got everything right. Just go through the updated team list and make sure you didn't choose any of the coaches that other people already selected. Next thing you gotta do is send, Dillu a message asking for the jersey, and he will send it to you. What all of us did after getting the jersey was, we revealed the jersey by holding somekind of a press conference/ceremony. And than you can just put together a small article introducing your team, jersey and the coaching staff. It doesn't have to be all that flashy, just go through the last 10 page or so and you will see examples.

We need the list of players at least 24 hours before the draft starts. Because it will take time to sort through hundreds of names, some may even need 72 hours. The draft date and time should be set accordingly.

Dillu I think for the draft itself you should open up a seperate thread, and post everyones final pick on that thread. Leave this thread for discussion amongst ourselves. It will make it easy for everyone to follow the draft, otherwise all the draft picks will get lost in between posts.
