Not sure if this will ever happen, but there is no man more capable of leading the stars and stripes than Bob the Builder. Immensely smart, hard working and articulate, Bob is the epitome of success, class and elegance. One can simply not help but brim in admiration of his leadership style - calm and compassionate, yet authoritative. Bob knows what he wants and knows how to get it. He knows how to get the best out of his people through constant encouragement and the injection of positive energy.

Moreover, Bob is representative of the typical American citizen - honest, hard-working, loving and caring; not to mention the fact that his leadership of men and women resonates with every American, who is a leader himself/herself. He is a true American hero, as is every American, unsung yet relentlessly plugging away, making this world a better place for our children, their children and their children.

Too bad he is a) actually British and b) his punch-line was stolen by Barack Obama.

In any case, every father who reads this should go home tonight and have a talk with their children. Let them know that there are four people that they can always talk to about their problems and count on to be there for them no matter what. Mommy, Baba, President Barack Obama and Bob the Builder. Obama because he stole Bob's punch-line and Bob because yes, he can fix it.

"Bob the Builder, can we fix it? Bob the Builder, yes we can!"

Doggone it! I will be damned if TigerHedge turns out to be the sole predictor of the incumbent.

Its going to be very close. Even Obama's campaign admitted that it will be a long hard battle. Looks like he will win at the end but November is still far and any controversy/scandal can rapidly change the scenarios.

check out the latest poll here (http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epo...bama-1171.html)

US politics changed a lot in terms of priority. Foreign policy and involvement dominated Bush's 8 years of presidency. But focus has changed and domestic issues matters most and can sway votes.

Economy is the biggest concern. Then there is tax rates, healthcare and other social issues such as immigration and gay rights. Both Obama and Romney are addressing these issues and they barely address international issues. People now care very less about what's happening in Europe or Middle East. Major foreign policy concern is China and that ties to economic growth.

So I don't think the rest of the world will be affected that much by the outcome of this election. Even if Romney wins, he can't ignore domestic issues and change international landscape.

You are mixing two things, election issues an issues at office..l while the election issues are primarily domestic but the international issues will take center stage immediately after the election.

And Middle east will never go off the election issue because it relates to Israel and potential for new wars.....ensuring support or Israel and their security is still related to election fundraising and votes... Specially or the republican candidates... That's whar I feel...
