Terrible use of height - Shahadat
Great use of height - Many examples
The funny thing is, I noticed during the SCG test, that Ishant has the same collapsed front leg issue as Rajib. Yet, he's noted for being a "bouncy" bowler. I think much of it has to do with Ishant playing a lot of matches in bouncy tracks over Rajib.

Great observation but Ishant may well be better at using his wrist than Shahadat....I'm sure you kow some bowlers are just good at extracting extra bit of bounce and zip by using their wrist.

don't make big fuss about it we bengalis tend to highlight a player when they are performing well and also demote him suddenly after some poor performances.. we are very inconsistent crowd ourselves lolz

wisdom! spoken like a true sage.
the other Trend in BC is that once a certain idea is popularized, everybody i mean EVERYBODY jumps on the bandwagon. people who do oppose are immediately shunned and ostracized.
Do not be afraid to speak the truth(as long as you can back it up with facts of course )

I heard a story while visiting 'Lalbagh Kella (Fort)' ... I hope it's just a story
One day, Mughal Emperor Jahangir/Aurangzeb was spending all day beside the river Padma flowing beside the fort. Around afternoon time he was amazed seeing that the water started flowing in the opposite direction. He called his people and asked, why is that happening. After hearing the explanation of high and low tide thing, he immediately ordered his departure, saying, I don't like to be in a place where the water flows in one direction in the morning and another in the afternoon... The people of this area must be the same...

strange action and run up, but i don't think he's a chucker though.
got very near 139 kph in his first over today. not sure about afterwards.

His action seemed a bit dodgy to me too. Will be a shame if we miss out on him. Don't think any BD bowler has had such a start to their career. Would be great if someone can tweak his action without reducing the effectiveness of his bowling.
More impressed with Abul Hossain Raju than Al amin .Abul hossain has a very nice bowling action and bowled over 140 KPH consistently in the only match he played !!! He bowled very well in that match with no luck and deserves more chance

awkward action but in cricket, there is no right or wrong, its what suits you. If he can bowl with decent pace, line and length, i see no reason why he can soon get into the national side
Seems a decent bowler to me and defiantly have pace. I don't care if he bowls awkwardly but as long as he thinks and feels comfortable than i have no problem. Needs to concentrate on line and lenght more just like other pacers in the country.
Another guy, i'm impressed is with Abul Hasan Raju, solid run-up, smooth bowling action, bowls 140kph at age 19(he was bowling 127kph 2 yrs ago). Build very well and strong. Recently was out of cricket for 6 months due to injury but seems to be coming back pretty well.
I don't care what both does in this bpl tbh. both of them made their T20 debut and its early day for them.
Alauddin Babu is another i'm looking after, He can be better version of Reza with better batting and bit more of pace.
And of course, Taskin Ahmed Tazin is there, bowls 135kph at age of 17
I just hope we get a gd pace bowling coach and leave Al Amin, Babu, Taskin, Abul Raju and Kamrul Islam Rabbi with him for a yr. it will do alot of gd for Bangladesh cricket but unfortunately Lotus is too busy filling his pocket

Al-Amin looked pretty good today. Even though he went for runs, I think he's definitely got some game. He bowls with good pace and seems a smart bowler. I still feel he's not ready for the national team just yet. I think a few more A team tours would do him good. Abul Hasan was another guy that was impressive. He's built like a bull and bowls with really good pace. I think he also should be nurtured properly and given chances in the A team before throwing him in to the national team.
