Anamul, Robiul and Shafiul in. Shuvagoto and Rubel out.

This should be Nasir's last chance. In the last one year Nasir's averages in Tests and ODIs are 23 and 21 respectively and yet he escapes the scrutiny and criticism from the fans that a Riyad or a Tamim gets. Feel sorry for Shuvagoto. Being dropped after one game is never nice.

Hom got a bit unlucky getting dropped and Nasir lucky due to his reputation. Last chance for him. Hope that the 3 pacers can give our attack a bit more bite. Best of luck.

True. It's because he's a less experienced player but he's been worse than Tamim and Riyad. Tamim's struggles came more in the T20 format and Riyad's been as bad as Nasir with the bat but at least he has his bowling that's been good. Nasir is a specialist batsman and that too in the middle order. Time for him to score or get dropped

Hope they don't squander the new ball like in the first Test. This time I think it's the right decision to bowl first. Bowlers immediately getting a lot of assistance but they still have to pitch it in the right place and make the batsmen play if they are to get wickets.

Bowling is all over the place. No wonder these idiots have Bradmanesque bowling averages. Can't even make use of near perfect bowling conditions.

Al-Amin finally getting it right. Both openers struggling. These are ideal conditions for Robiul. Can't believe he hasn't gotten the new ball.

The weakest opening pair we are ever likely to face against major opposition. If we cant knock these guys over on a green top we should just play with 4 spinners

True but before this series, he scored a 100 against NZ and then fifties against India and Australia. With Kraigg as an opener, harsh to term them as the weakest opening pair

I don't care how the pitch is behaving but a) I have zero confidence in our bowling even when the pitch is helping b) I didn't want to lose the test on the very first day c) I just wanted us to bat first without any sort of pressure. Mushfique killed it again. Lets see how we bowl.
