I wonder what the bowling attack would be, if sajid would be used, which bowlers would be rested etc.

Good luck Tigers. Time for Bangladesh to win their first match of the tour, and Rifat to get a inning start too. Best of luck.

I wouldn't really care for their victory soo much, I just want them to get used to the condition and get some good practice before they face the NZ team!! Though a victory would boost their confidence and all. After all that I am a Bangladeshi supporter so I would want a win for sure today and I dont think it would be such a problem for our players!!
BTW Isn't it Eid for the muslim players today?

Good luck to the boys.
Really looking forward to see Sajid's performance.
He might just get carried away a bit.
Too bad wont be able to follow the game much.
Its Eid here tomorrow.
Too busy jobaying the goru.
And eating the maangsho.

- A full 50/50 match to get the most important practice in seaming condition done.
- A must easy win to boost the moral, confidence, hope and to put pressure on already pressurized NewZealand Team
- Bowling performance from Sajjidul
- Longer innings batting from AFtab (crucial to any chance of BD win in any match).
Thats all i hope from our boys today.
Good luck Bangladesh team and Eid Mubarok to all.

I would really love to see some experimental changes in the top order. Since these are practice matches our batting order should be slightly changed to see who does well. For instance everyone would love to see Mushy batting higher up the order a bit. I don't think that has ever been tried out. He comes at bloody no 7. He is too good for that position. Not sure about his regular postion in the NCL.

batting first is key in practice matches, regardless of conditions.
we aren't trying to win games, we want time in the middle. if u bat first, put up some runs u can bowl the entire 50 overs as well as bat 50 overs. plus, don't we want the toughest batting practice? so why not bat even if the conditions are bowling friendly?
