Signed.
Mods please close this useless thread. No offence to OP. But most of us BD origins, BD fans don’t share this thought with you.

So.... is it Sakib then?
That's what DailyStar is claiming that one of the caterer saw Sakib breaking the glass door.

Don't believe anythign you read by SL media on this. They have been a disgrace. The "caterer" only knows the name Shakib that's it. The neutral umpire Broad was aware of the shattered glass and spoke to the caterer he also made judgment based on evidence. Who do you trust? A neutral match referee or srilanka media who got the beating of their life twice and a failed imcompetent/cheating by their national umpires??
A shattered glass is only a bad thing when there is a brawl or a fight with an opposition involved. That wasn't the case. This is intentional bad publicity when they couldn't beat us on field.
Just like the disgraceful display of Indianism as a 12th man against us in the Final. wont be forgotten.
Lasst night in my kitchen I had a broken glass on the floor. If I uploaded a picture of that - a lot of fb friends/and not friends will make a lot of assumptions. Our neightbor also heard argument between a male and a female voice from our apartment. But the reality is - my kid pulled the drinking glass from the counter and the glass shattered. There is nothing more to it. But if one wants to it can be made into something.

I don't care what happened. You should be ashamed. We should be all ashamed.

Blah. Nobody really cares. It must have been broken by mistake when they were rushing out. As per cricinfo BD management was even willing to pay for the damages. Care closed. It's just the administrators trying to save their face somehow. The game is all about fans and the fans got what they wanted.

Or Even better put wooden door and open windows (with no glass)...there will be no need of that fan (in the picture).

Whoever made the glass to shatter at least gave the officials at the Premadasa to replace the door with something more sturdy and less brittle.
I'm thinking of one of these:
