Our sisters are much better than our brothers. As Kathberali rightly mention you can not expect a team to beat top nation by practicing two week before every tourny. The other thing, tigress are winning one match in every tournament while cats won one match in every year
Go Tigress Go

welcome back our dearest kathbirali apu! pelase tell us and spill the beans on the inside of the women's wing admin/team selection etc. of the bcb! please tell us, sis, if you know something, even it is frustrating, corrupt and bad, please don't shy away, let us know, otherwise we here at BC would remain in the dark as always! we never get to know a dime's worth about our girls' practice, coach movement, league, pitch peference, ground status, home ground, money, their payscale, what do they do other than playing cricket (do they cook all day, raise children, go to schools, or work on building construction, did they breat an arm, are they coming from heavy poverty, are there social/class issues among the team-mates) weakness, strength!

you see kathbirali, there is no publicity/media attention/journalism regarding our women's team!
it is very very important that we fix this weak structure (regarding the women's team development) NOW as it indirectly has a critical effect on our relationship and contract with ICC. all full members countries are required to develop serious(not just a friendly little team as a joke) women's cricket infrastructure/league/standard in their hoem environment! we have got to raise the bar for women's cricket in bangladesh NOW! and i am sure we all know and can see thta developing women's cricket in BD will only bring positive/good cricket sense in the boys that play cricket in BD! it will only further enrich and nurture our cricket culture/environment in BD!

i have a dream! i dream of a day when a BD national cricketer who will go out there regularly to destroy the opposition attack in the international field and in press conference/release we will know that both his mom and dad played competetive cricket for BD! it's burried deep in the root! yeah, that's what i am talking about!
it's about time!
WAKE UP BCB!

Default Great Thread Bujhee kom Bhaiyya!

Though performancewise BD Tigresses managed one win and 3 losses it still has a silver lining with the awesome win against Sri Lanka.

To have booked the best playing team for 67 is indeed a great achievement.

As they get more opportunities to play it will get better.

Now the organizers should chalk out 3 one day series against Pakistan and Sri lanka
at their places and before that get specialized coaches on Batting and bowling.

We have many EX Bangladesh Cricketers of repute who could be approached
to hone the skills. If that does not work go for the overseas ones.

seriously speaking, 94 is a terrible score in any format of the game!(20/20, ODI, Tests, Women's etc...)

a challenge to Bangladesh Tigress: aim for 150+ every time!

Its not always, we actually beat your womens team the first time we met and at that time our team was very new and it still is. If we keep playing continuous matches for 2-3 years I am pretty sure we will win against pakistan.

BK bhaia, im very glad to c the comments/complements made here by everyone and ur concern for our Women's cricket is highly appreciable. we have to go a long way but we need proper support. as i mentioned earlier that we dont have enough scope to practice, we get a little chance to improve ourselves. I think its tough for Ehsan Sir (Our chief coach) to handle and maintain everything alone (i am pointing to practice only). we badly need a good trainer/asst. coach/physio. Only 3 of the players r getting monthly remuneration (Salma, Shathira and Tithy)...........
I would love to write more but running out of time at this moment. Hope to be back soon with all ur answers.
