after the first game against Nepal, I was in no doubt about the Semi spot. But how did BD play? I could not see the game, did they look organized? and who will they be playing in the semi

Next game against Maldives ia vital. That will decide who they face in Semi. I dont know the leading the table in other group but Afganistan have surprised

just came to know that there were 3 contestants for the event, and 2 of them were the Gold and Silver winners from Bangladesh.....

and also a Bangladeshi contestant won gold in individual 50km cycling only to be later disqualified cuz some officials from Bangladesh Cycling federation helped him by tugging him with their motorbikes .....wth ????

Ebar BD er atleast 10 ta gold jeta uchit.
Btw Sharmin delibered olympic standards performence today by scoring 499+ out of 500. Hopefully she will fetch an olympic hold medal from london 2012.

Sorry for being the *matbor* :P, but Sharmin actually scored 398/400, and then the rest in shoot off. In order to win olympic gold medal, one must score 400/400 and then do well in the shoot off. But 398 is a very very impressive score, meaning she hit the bulls eye of a 4inch radius target, from 10m, 38/40 times. Incredible.

Yeah, saw a bit of that hockey match during my lunch break.
It was funny to watch though.
There was a goal in every other minute. At one point, the Nepalese players were just kicking the ball out of the ground rather than passing it on to their own players.

We looked like Hercules.
Crunch match against india, i think day after tomorrow.
Congrats to the boys on such a record breaking win.
Its a SAG record.
