I feel same as akabir 77 feels. Its a good news for BD thats for sure as Jayasuriya is one of the best among the "Three Musketeers- Murali, Vaas and Jayasuriya". Though, our players should not take the news as a given opportunity. There are few more players in SL who has the ability to control the game.

There is still a long time for Jayasuriya to recover from this injury.
Besides, I want us to beat Sri Lanka with their best players playing in the side.

There is often a big margin between what we "want" and what we are capable of (read what we get).

a realistic goal from now is bangladesh to win 1 match per series, and draw 1 test.
and along the way some ODI series wins may come our way and maybe a test win.

Me too.
We are going to loose badly any way. So why not loose badly against the best team anyway.

We got so exicted that flintoff wasn't gonna play vs us. but he did. He was the one in the Test series that got the major wickets.

What will the weather be like when we tour SL? If it will be sunny and dry then things might be a little easier for us. Anyway, it's not just Jayasuriya that I am worried about. If we manage to survive Malinga with his pace and funny action, followed by Vaas with his accuracy and great record against us, we are still left with Murali who is bowling as well as ever. I hope it doesn't transpire, but I fear a repeat of the England tour is not too far fetched.

"Jayasuriya" is gonna play now it says in the cricinfo . They got all their pace bowlers back . So , it's better to think about them rather thinking about "Jayasuriya" ......our only thinking should be facing "Vaas and Murali" ................. nothing else for now .

just read in cricbuzz.com online live commentry (IND-SL):
"Jayasuriya has had some pain in his right shoulder, He has been removed off the attack "
I wish him good luck, but considering his present form, I hope he will take rest until the BD tour in srilanka is over.
