But his bowling and attitude sucks big time. Hardly done anything with the bowl since he changed his action

Yes which is why there is no point keeping him in BD side.

So far the league is dominated by experienced players, U/19s not finding it easy (except Zakir who is closing on a century) - I take it as a sign of improvement!

Ashraful, the off-spinner is bowling well and picking up wickets.
He might make a return shortly...possibly NZ??

^^ I believe BCB will have to wait couple more years before Ashraful can be considered for international matches. BCB gave him leniency to play in domestics while his international suspension still in place.

Shuvo's fifers (two in two matches so far) are timely. With Taijul not making even Rajshahi team, will Shuvo come into consideration for the Test team?

Shuvo just isn't a Test class bowler. And his batting may be good enough at NCL level, but he will struggle to average more than 10 at international Tests.
Taijul is the best SLA and specialist spinner we have in the country at the moment.
I would go ahead and persist with Jubair as well. I know he's getting pasted right now, but Jubair is one of the very bowlers we have who can turn the ball both ways. As most leggies are, he is a wicket taker. He might bowl 20 overs and concede 100 runs...but he will also have that spell where he could take 3-4 wickets and just rip through the opposition's lineup. Especially on turning pitches. I see no reason why we can't accomodate a Jubair who only bowls 4-5 over spells if he's just bleeding runs.

If Mosharraf performs in the ODI series, he will make the test team as well. So will Mosaddek. So Shakib-Mosharraf-Mosaddek-Jubair is a spin attack that should be able to take 20 wickets for us.

Good to see Shuvo amongst the wickets. He destroyed that Sylhet batting line up.

Alok Kapali now jointly hold the record of most number of FC centuries by a Bangladeshi batsman, 18, along with Ashraful and Tushar.

Formidable tail!
His batting average in tests is in the low 20s(24.00)
Maybe he can be sent up as a night-watchman and score a triple century...possible
