Default The Burning Train

With sadness and disappointment, I watched several times how an express train of eleven compartments was being burnt out in Serajganj in a democratic country with an elected government.

When top universities teach violence and killings (because those universities do not expel the violent killers), political wins depend on muscles and powers, then general people with ‘lost conscience and humanity’ attended a political rally, and allowed to happen such a heinous and grave crime.

I regret that Vittori and his team were whitewashed by a nation that burnt the whole express train, killed innocent passengers, and above all, barred the Fire Brigade Personnel from extinguishing the inferno.

Before we achieve any more ‘pride and commendation’ as a nation, we should retain them first, the ‘pride and commendation’ that we already have. Utterly and sadly, we failed again.

I am speechless! Unimaginable! May Allah rest the victims in peace.

BTW did any passenger die? I don't think so, but they were robbed. A helper was killed by the BNP supporters though. Shameful.
But the more shameful thing is that BNP blamed the government for their supporters' death. Are you kiddin me? What were your supporters doing on the rail line in the first place? They really think public are stupids, don't they?

Even after numbers of people dead, and their dead body left alone in pieces ... they went on with addressing people!

Brainless, heartless, pathetic, moronic politicians, total disgrace to the word 'politicians' and 'politics'.

Yeah, BD diabolical politicians – senior and junior ones, have surpassed the Mexicans in killing and extortion. Logic, democracy and virtues do not work with them, only solution, I can see now, is another bloody revolution.

Billah, what is the source of this information?
Or is this a deliberate propaganda of a BD propaganda machine to stop the administration to take action against this crime, as the way the killers stopped the Fire Brigade Personnel from extinguishing the inferno?
A nice tactic though.

-first Khaleda Zia arranged the assembly without any permission from DC. It was an illegal assembly.
-Then there was no action taken by the Government to stop this illegal assembly even knowing it was dangerous to arrange a assembly nearby a train line and could inflict injury.
-BNP supporters illegaly staying on a active rail line causing their death. A train is not a bus or a track which could be stopped immediately by pressing hard brake. And there is no responsibility if a train kill someone.
The organisers of the meeting to be blamed firstly and the government officials of that area also to be blamed in my eyes as they failed to take any action.

Well stated Rafi, I agree. When a government is corrupt, then administration gets feeble, needs a longer time to react to a situation when urgency is a must.
