I saw the delayed race. Raikonnen was brilliant and i have said from the very first race that he was in that he's the future. Alonso is good, but Kimi has that flamoyance and grace about him that will make him a memorable champion.
He literally blew past everyone and seemed "untouchable"!
Disppointed to see Schumi and Rubens not doing well, this is a year they're going to struggle and I dont know what Bridgestone are doing about it, thats the only area they're weak in. I think if this kind of progress goes on this season then we might see Bridgestone out of future F1 races!
I am also impressed Trulli and Ralfi's performance and wish them well.
Webber's an a$$ for driving the way he did against Giancarlo- he should get fined or penalised for that sort of driving!

The race is over and Raikonnen wins.

1 K Raikkonen (McLaren)
2 M Schumacher (Ferrari)
3 R Barrichello (Ferrari)
4 F Massa (Sauber)
5 M Webber (Williams)
6 R Schumacher (Toyota)
7 D Coulthard (Red Bull)
8 C Klien (Red Bull)

In my opinion Barichello was the best driver today. He came from starting in the pit lanes to a win. Schumi also raced well.

>>>From BBC Sport

McLaren's Kimi Raikkonen won a dramatic Canadian Grand Prix to breathe life back into the world championship.

The Finn reduced Fernando Alonso's lead to 22 points - the Renault driver having retired with broken suspension after hitting the wall while leading.

McLaren's Juan Pablo Montoya was disqualified for leaving the pit lane illegally while fighting for victory.

Raikkonen held off Michael Schumacher in the closing laps, with the other Ferrari of Rubens Barrichello third.

Kimi is the hot man around. I hope in the future- Ferrari can replace Michael with Kimi.
It was a fruitful result for the Ferrari team.
Finally Renault can a difficult time.
Michelins loses out in the long term- even though Bridgestone cannot match their qualifying pace, but lets hope they can turn things around.
I vote for Kimi over Alonso- any day!

If anybody has problems watching it, I'm sure they would've posted it on the web.
But thanks for giving us the tip on the link. This thread isn't as popular as other sports(like cricket, soccer, basketball etc) becoz not very many ppl watches F1.
So for those of us who does watch it, this is a thread to discuss and shares opinions about the sport.
For the moment, there isn't much controversy going on, other than Ferrari's lack of pace and the fight between Alonso and my man Kimi "The Iceman" Raikkonen!

Well the German Gran Prix is done and Raikonen loses another chance at vicotry when he retired while leading because of an enginer problem.

1 F Alonso (Renault)
2 JP Montoya (McLaren)
3 J Button (BAR)
4 G Fisichella (Renault)
5 M Schumacher (Ferrari)
6 R Schumacher (Toyota)
7 D Coulthard (Red Bull)
8 F Massa (Sauber)

Schumacher at one point was 2nd but his tires were wron down and he slowly fell back and fell to fifth in the second last lap.
