So who is this years Kopa Shamsu ?
Every year we find a batting talent in BPL.
Long ago it was Kopa Shamsu, after him came Mehedi MAruf,Zia ,then Ariful.
Looks like the award for Kopa del Shamsu of 2019 will go to Yasir Ali.
Ariful jao batting parto national team er shathey thaika sheitao bhuila gesey
None of them could cement their place in the team, will Yasir ALi get a call? if yes will he survive ?

None of the Kopa Shamsu's has 49 FC average or anything close to it. I hope Yasir is very different from that bunch.
At worst, he is more likely to be next Shanto/Liton/Mosaddek.

As for Kopa Shamsu/Kaata Ariful award, Afif is more deserving of it - always a BPL sensation, a big flop outside of it (so far).

Arfiul was never like Shamsur. Shamsur was in immense form, scored many many 50s. Ariful played some quick cameos, late charges basically finished many games well. But didn’t score many 50s, nor ended up top scorer in the BPL that year.
Shamsur Rahman is a miles better talent than Hackriful. Shamsur won Bangladesh a game against New Zealand 2013 chasing 307. How people forget his match winning 96. And also scored test ton. He was dropped for failing in one format. In ODI he should’ve had a longer run.

Shamsur played two good innings this BPL. One few short of a very good 50. Other a 15 ball 28 at 7.
Ariful can only dream to be like Shamsur. Please dont insult my boy Shams who is fare talented and superior than Arifulhack.
