Test WEIR Update

sorry, don't have time to do it now for the NZ home series.

but i will do a joint update after the SA series. this will both save me some time as well as give some of our bolod top orders to improve their ratings.

Concentrate on Medical school rather than Ash's stat. We have SL series right after SA series. you can do all three at one time. Not expecting a huge turn around at SA anyways.

exactly why i am not going to do them now. it takes me about 2 hours to actually get it done, although now that i have it all setup i should be able to get it done in an hour. it must be all the extra time-wasting done on facebook, et al.
