LOL, Namibia still talking big: http://www.espncricinfo.com/icc-unde...ry/968255.html
First Zim and now Namibia - talking big while getting annihilated; is it an African cricket thing? I mean Saffers are pretty low key.
As for the pitch shaving thing, why would you hand your opponent an advantage? At any rate, my understanding is that in an ICC tournament, ICC dictates what's the pitch is going to be like. Yes for the WC match against India in 2011 we presented a shirt-front but I'm pretty confident that was mandated by ICC too

I like the Namibian coach though! Interesting what he says:
"Moving forward, I don't think we are going to face any spin attack as good as Bangladesh, as far as we have seen so far. So moving forward we are quite confident that we will still be able to win one or two games and surprise someone again.

Talking big or not, I do hope they can pull off an upset in their next match if you know what I mean. We should let Shamim Chwdhury to provide some black magic for them. Go Namibia.

Hey, I'm all for us preparing a greentop for the India vs. Namibia U-19 match. Anything to stop the BCCI hype machine.

I would figure India has a good spin attack though
