Not assured of U19s either, may get there though. BD youths are getting better each season as they should with generally higher academy levels being reached and managers identifying the importance of experience and getting more into their youths. Rifat, Zia is a very good chance in getting to U19s. His Gifted (Bowling) talent is much more valued at 16 than his NBB. As he ages, NBB will be more valued due to slower training (affects gifted talent) and more bonus with NBB as bowling levels are improved (% increase rather than a 'set' 1 level or something). But being a medium, he's got to be up with the best (unless a lot of green/slow pitches) and hopefully has experience.

For those interested, I did some analysis regarding my youth training today and throughout this season: A 19yo with prodigy will train faster than any 16yo with no prodigy or Gifted talent. Prodigy increases ~20% (46 ratings points at 16 - batting training, 40 at 19 - technique training) and there is ~3.5% (8 ) drop in training from 16 to 17, ~3.5% (8 ) from 17 to 18, ~8% (18) from 18 to 19 and ~14.3% (34) from 16 to 19 (from technique training).
