Default 'NO' Vote?

There recently has been quite a buzz concerning the 'NO' vote.
The Idea is simple. The parties nominate the candidates. In the ballot there is thrir names and another option called the 'NO' option. If I don't like any of the candidates,I seal 'NO'.If 'NO' Wins the election, all candidates will be automatically disqualified and a new election will take place with new candidates. This is the best Idea I have come across as in many cases we are compelled to vote a person we do not like to defeat a person we dislike more. This way,it is ensured that we have a candidate we like.

What do you think.

y do u need a no vote. If you do not like the candidates just dont vote.
make a rule of x percent of vote is required to make the elections void.
In that way u dont need to count the no vote.

people can be intimidated to not to go and vote, specially if someone decides to boycott the poles, but in the case of 'NO' vote, that is not possible

Then the qustion is who are choosing candidates for their party are not competent enough to do that, isn't that?

What if, the central system of the all party is properly constructed? For that we need to make a consensus among all the party to make a law to govern all the party in the country. How does it sound?

The option of 'NO Vote' probably can become a very strong tool for General People in BD. Often, in many parts of the country, the situation is somewhat like this:

Quote:
#30% of the voters support party A... but maybe 15% among them do not like the person nominated by the Party.

# Another 30% of the voters support party B... however, again, about 15% among them also do not like the candidate nominated by party 'B'

# The remaining 40% of the voters support neither of the parties or the candidates... yet they have to vote either of those.
In these cases (which is happening quite often in BD these days).... about 70% (40%+15%+15%) of the voters(who participated) are having to cast their votes in favor of either of the candidates/parties... without having satisfaction about it. The only option they have left.. is to choose the 'lesser evil' (in their opinion).

A system of 'No votes' would have been quite a strong tool for the General public to send a stark message to the parties competing in the Elections!

What happens if the majority of the country votes 'NO'? At the scale BAAL and BNP are tormenting the general public, if enough people can act together this NO option can really send out a strong message.
