I want Federer not to win any French open since I am not a fan of his. Go Pete (as of yet has more grand slams)!! go Agassi (has all four slams)!!

On the other hand, I want to Devedenko, Djokovic and Nadal to deliver now. Hoped for Stupid Roddick but he tends to wither away against Federer in big games. The last comment he said after defeating Federer this year was "no player has ever beat me 12 in a row." He lost 11 consecutive to federer prior to that meeting.

federer deserves a french open title, he's one of the best players of all time and he's the 2nd best clay courter of this generation (3 consecutive RG finals is nothing to sneeze at). problem is he's nadal's b***, especially on clay.

Well, Federer doesn't deserve the French Open. He needs to earn it by winning it. But as things currently stands, he has very little chance of doing it. He is not getting any younger. And Nadal is still in his early twenties.

But the clay season is over and hopefully Federer will win 3 more non-clay slams and go past Sampras.

just because a player wins a title doesn't mean they deserve it and not winning it doesn't necessarily mean a player doesn't deserve it. all of the players put in a lot of hard work and most of them deserve more than what they achieve. some players work very hard and achieve nothing, whilst other players don't put as much effort into it all and achieve a lot more.
