Exclamation World War 3 Outbreak?

The Israel-Lebanon war offensive have caught everyone's attention. It seems that the ever philanthropic UN might be again at its wits ends to solve this problem. The thing thats lurking my mind at this moment is that once our Beloved Prophet(PBUH) had said that one of the signs before doomsday would be that a bloody war would take place and arguments between believers(Muslims) and non-believers(non-Muslims) might eventually lead to a great War. Even Nostradamus, who had predicted world war 1 and 2, which did happen, had revealed that that the war would commence by a very small occurence(it all started by the kidnapping of two Israeli soldiers by Hezbollah) and as this gets more untolerable, the merciless war would begin. I implore people here to know the truth, if you'd search for yourself, you'd come to know a WORLD WAR is imminent. The fact is there will a lot of blood shed and know one will be spared, as our universe approaches the DOOMSDAY..................

If we the Muslims were real believers (our actions says we are not) then there would something to talk about. The Quran clearly labels who are believers and what they do. I for myself, in many steps fall short of that discription.

My point is, the offensive at best will unsettle the middle east peace, innocent lives will be lost, gas price will rise some more, we (Muslim world - Muslim by name not deeds) will be moving on as a spectator. May be screem a little, some rallys, some harsh word from Iran, Indonesia that's about it.

kinda amazes me how people in the west just sit back and talk sh*t while israel is bombing minibuses and taking 15 lives at a time. and yeah, so much so for the saudis and other wannabe leaders of the muslim ummah at coming forward at a time of need for the lebanese.

Just one week back ( 1st July ), I ( and my family ) was in Turkey for travel ( for one week ) and we were crossing the Sea of Marmara or Aegean Sea by ferry, we saw a Israeli coast guard gun ship just in front of our eyes, with soldiers and Israeli flag ( first in my life for real ). Our turkish guide said earlier that there are lot of Christian ( Armenian, Russian, Catholic etc. ), Israeli, Greek and other religious people are living peacefully with Muslim, and we felt very nice and happy saying & thinking all of them showing respect to each other, and perhaps they learned their way to live together from Turkish long history and war. Our transit was in Uzbekistan and there also so many Russians, Mongolians and other religious people were living peacefully. So we thought at that time, how nice it would be if Israel and Palestine can find a way to live together...

Just after a week! ... looks like I am back in the hardship of reality ... very sad.

Sad, but true. But then even an Ataturk would probably have failed miserably had he tried to unify a state where some 5 million people oppress another 5 million people on a day to day basis.

look how things evolve ... first breaking of the ceasefire by killing Huda's family, then Hamas retaliates by taking a POW (prisoner of war),then israel takes gaza, then Hezbollah takes another 2 POW to aver Israel from Gaza, Israel this time takes down the airport !!!, and now rockets are flowing from one side to another , what a conflict.

Maybe... 'kidnap' or 'Hezbollah' is not the real issue. What we often hear from them ( Bush and Blair ) is, they are determined to bring democracy in Middle east. In that sense, Saddam was real and biggest threat for Israel and for the rest, and now he is gone. Syria and Iran comes next and both are said to be connected with Hezbollah. Destroying Hezbollah first, one way or another make sense. And an economic sanction may come next through UN on both Syria and Iran, in the name of terrorism and nuke issue. Couple of years later when Syria, Iran become weaker, unstable than now, and of course after settlement of somewhat Iraqi democratic government, the 2nd phase of 'Democracy in Middle east' may appear one way or another. In the mean time Muslim world has nothing much to do but watching, having no valid reason and support from rest of the world and even UN.

Political and economical instability in Muslim world will be more common, but definitely no world war 3 I think. Bad times are ahead for us ( Bangladesh ) too, and that seems more likely.

funny thing is all the news programs showed this without beepin/censoring bush when he said sh@# and all the news readers also said sh@ without being censored.

so indeed SH@# happens
