Pont says he did not change anyone's action. we havent' seen rajib in a while, might have been changed before. or it might be the unconventional angle we are seeing in that video. rajib also looked short and stocky in the video, which he is not.

I like it and also miss them too...reminsicing Rasel's effective left armers during 2007 era with Mash and Shahadat's sharapova like helmet hitting aggresion in few ODIs and lot in tests...miss those days...I hope they will come back...Rasel trying best but not sure why he is not getting chances...Shahadat keep on trying someday your hard work (if you still realize the importance of it) will be rewarded...it's very sad that Mashrafee's 2007 era partners gradually deteriorated like that...
Looks sooo much better, cleaner action, less wind up, therefore more control.
And there is a point, where he gathers his momentum very well, slightly more slingy, therefore more pacy, as evident in the video, that ball looked around 140k.
Even Rasel looks like he's bowling decent speed 130K

there's no way to tell how fast these guys are bowling...not with any reasonably measure of certainty. we will have to wait to see Rajib bowl in Zimbabwe (if they even get speed guns).

Maybe its the camera angle, but both Rajib/Rasel seemed to have a bit more zip than usual. And as Ian, and so many others have said, if Rasel can bowl around 125-130, he would be a true asset.
And as for Rajib, If I am not mistaken I think he was in a better rhythm in this video. The run up, the jump was smoother and his follow through looked a lot more fluid as well.

I can confirm that Shahadat is trying to bowl with more pace and he has been successful. At some stages during the past month or so he has been 145 kph or so. I work with pace all the time so I am a pretty accurate judge of speed and it is certainly between 140-145 at times when he cranks it up.
He has been 'tweaking' his action rather than changing it. In the same way a batsman might lift their bat higher or move their bottom hand on the handle, Shahadat has been trying to access his long levers (arm pull) far more which leads to a slight delay in his action (appearing a bit more 'sling', although it technically isn't a sling).
I said this way back in November about Shahadat that he could be a BD version of Stuart Broad. I still believe that. In the same way that we encouraged Rubel to have confidence in his bowling, Shahadat needs the same thing - just go out and try to bowl with good pace and enjoy it.
Yes sometimes he will get things wrong, but that's all part of learning. With encouragement I feel BD has a potential match-winner, if he is given chances. I have always felt the same about Syed Rasel by the way and that he is an asset to the BD team.
I hope some of these guys are not discarded and left behind.
