You can never stop those people. There is even one uploader who had 40k views of one of my video where I had 1.8k
Yea, that's always the case on the internet. And you can't do anything about since you don't own the rights to it either. But you should start tagging your videos better. Obviously they are putting more tags on their video so getting more views.
Can the watermarks be removed ?
You do not own the video , unless you have talked to the broadcasting channel and they even allowed you to record the footage and you have paid them to do this!
