no matter how our boys play today, lets be positive and hope for the best. maybe this is a new era of BD pace attack (i hope i'm right). i hope enamul shows some of his magic and rafique goes back to his old form. Go tigers Go!

Our best Chance is to attack Malinga. Ash and Aftab should show repct to Vass and Murali but should jump on Malinga.

many of you (not all) are saying that rajib's pace could trouble the lankan batsmen. In England, if I remember correctly, he bowled at aroun 80-83 mph. Hardly what I'd call "blistering" speed. Rather, I think Rassel is our main pace bowling hope. Of course, the meat of the burden is on rafique and jnr.

such improvement takes a lot of time to happen, especially in case of these raw BD youngsters. Rajib doesnt have the speed of Shoaib Akhter and he is NOT going to embarrass the Lankan lineup, unless he miraculously have made all the necessary adjustments after that forgettable debut at Lord's. Enamul Jr is the one thats lighting the lamp of hope for me. Where's all the hype that surrounded him during the Zimbabwe-series ?

"Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to field first"
Now its up to our batsman to show the true color. Please stay there as long as you can.We want you guys to bat at least 90 + overs.
May be there is some movement in the pitch early in the morning.THIS could be the only reason why SL choose to Field first.

That's rather surprising. I am guessing its overcast conditions out there and SL looking to take advantage of it.

I am not surprised at SL decision to field. Their bowlers can rest in the middle of two BD innings.
They want to bat only once.
