Selectors are ready to drop those two, it will be up to Shakib how long he wants to persist with them. In the next series, he will have options to move on with Liton, Sohan, and Yasir returning.

I wish we could drop shakib also..it's only because we don't have any players this criminal godfather is still playing

He was one of our better spinners in overseas conditions. IMO, he was prematurely dropped.

it never looked like a 160 pitch to me. It's a good batting pitch. Most teams can chase down 170 to 180 against BD here I think.

match patano hoite paare also. BD is a better marketable team i think than sl. Indians wanna see india beat bd in major tournamennts.

This is prolly the fastest pitch so far on this tourny. Hope our pacers will get early wickets and suppress them during power play. Otherwise, 180+ will be gettable here.

They always lose wickets just when they are trying to accelerate.

The shot that afif played to get out would have been 6 for a player like Ravindra jadeja .why jadeja? Just because he is left handed and I can imagine him playing that shot in place of afif

Moral of the story..we don't have any power..the old story

Asitha and Chamika left to bowl last two overs. We got to score 30+ runs from last two overs.

Good to see the batsmen are playing with intent today. This is what is missing from the team so often

Mahedi does not contribute enough with bat to be considered an allrounder. With Miraz making such a glorious return to the T20I team, I can see Mahedi being dropped in the next series in NZ.

Man if Taskin can become what Mashrafee was with the bat, will help the team so much.

Batters did enough to save Sujon's face (talking crap about Lankan bowlers). Bowlers now have a competitive total to defend.

Not sure what's their beef with SRL whom already won this tournament many times along T20 World Cup and actual World Cup. These guys need to learn to how stay humble, loud mouths doesn't suit us.

There is no wrong time in T20 cricket - you got to play aggressive all time, meaning you can lose your wicket anytime. This is the kind of aggressive cricket people been demanding our batters to play.

I am gonna go sleep. Pretty sure BD won this. That's what everyone wants. No one likes Sri Lnaka. It's a very unlikeable team. Once upon a time they were the most sportsman like team in Asia.. they are now just boring and annoying.

To be fair, Shanaka is the loud mouth who started it, talking crap about our bowlers. Sujon just responded in kind.
