Can I get a mod to close that thread for now. I'll finish writing the rules and stuff. And open the extra-leftover-unofficial draft from tomorrow. Since it's first come first serve, I want everyone to see it.

What would be the best time to open that draft tomorrow? Give a time that'd work for everyone. I know Z mentioned something before about that.
