Does B'desh have any Tweny20 domestic league?

I was wondering whether b'desh has played any twenty20 matches and whether it has any domestic league where the players could practice these condensed version of cricket?

Why do we need one? Our batsmen play too rashly as it is. Why is the world out to nurture their bad attitude so desperately? Its no coincidence that with the focus on hard hitting and playing shots our batsmen have no temperament and consistency.

I think twenty20 matches were played in the last edition of the Corporate league.

IMO, Twenty20 competitions should be small. If Twenty20 cricket is used too much it will become boring.

2004 Corporate league was a 20/20 league, most probably this year it will be the same way. If BD are to participate in 2007 Twenty20 WC, we sure need a domestic league to practice playing in this format of the game.

I think all full members play in the Twenty20 WC, but I may be mistaken.

BD National Team have not played any 20twenty match with any team so far. But as TheWatcher mentioned, the 2004 Corporate League was the first ever Cricket Tournament in Bangladesh of 20Twenty format.

Bangladesh and Zimbabwe should have played a T20I (Twenty20 International).
Doesn't really relate, but Zimbabwe is playing a Twenty20 in South Africa soon (but I think it might be against a local team?).

Every match we play is 20/20 to our batsmen. So why need one. Because once they start 20/20 they would presume it is 5/5

i dont think we need to play any T20I.
look at our batsmen.. they already go out in the middle with a 20-20 intention.
mar mar cut cut dhor dhor situation, every ball every game.
if you let them loose and allow playing 20-20, in one match they will forget everything Dave has taught them over the last few years bout patience, placement and quality.

BD batsmen play Tests like ODIs and ODIs like 20-20... I wonder how they are gonna play actual 20-20. A more organized national league and school league is what I wish for.

20-20 takes great hitting skills. i think you can develop that skill through extensive batting practise in the test mathces. watch this county match in england with some great australian players, i doubt any b'desh batsmen can consistently hit the ball like this: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...638&q=twenty20
