I believe that Rajin would certainly take over the Captain's role upon Bashar's retirement. He is a quality choice too.

rajin. i think even BCB is planning around rajin. ashraful seems too immature and inconsistent to lead the tigers.

I see some one wants rana to be a captain why cause he is your cousin??? Even though they r working on rajin i thin aftab would be a better choice then rajin and nafis too...

I am not too sure about ash... he is not ready yet may be in 5 yrs he will be but now he is not..

Undoubtably Rajin....being a good player doesn't mean that person can be a good captain (example: Mark Waugh, Tendulkar, Curtley Ambrose...and so on). Captaincy requires different skill sets and muturity. Ash, Rajin and Mash, all three has one or two skills. But Rajin has the most. The way he motivated himself and came back as a consistant performar after going through a bad-path says a lot about him.
