India made a mistake by not picking up a spinner.

In this match Australia will be very determined. Ager metche close gap e harar karone onek kosto paise. Choalbhanga fight hobe ei matcho.

Isn't that all your players.

Anyway, hope Starc and co can clean up this fast, and get on with the rest of the matches.

That Perth wicket was a drop-in pitch. Who would have thought that? From next year MCG will use the same technology. But for now the boxing day test looms to be a run-fest.

The toss also played a crucial part in the first test. This is part of playing a test. Still, India had a good chance of taking lead in the first innings, and they failed, and this where they lost the match.

KL Rahul failed again - no surprise here. He should be confined to IPL.

This was another match India lost due to the stubbornness of Kohli (not taking a spinner, picking Hanuma Vihari over Karun Nair, and having an absolute say in all matters). But I guess you have to live with it when you have a great player like Kohli. There is no such thing as complete package in life. Everything comes with pros and cons.

Congrats Australia!

Kl was actually great opener in Ranji...he used leave so much deliveries in domestic...but his inclusion in loi game has ruined his technique...nd when Ur in bad patch everything goes wrong...he needs to be send to domestic asap...
Nd yes Kohli is not great captain..he lacks tactical plans...he is emotionally driven captain...nd yes Ur right we don't have other options....toss played important part...but I think match was lost at dumb team selection by captain nd his idiotic coach...

Is Aus @home worse than BD @away

(Just a jibe at that Ozzy official who claimed BD is worse than some of their State sides)

Except Usman, none of these batsmen average even 40....this is BD-esque standards

Australia need a full overhaul of their test team.

Indians won't ever have a better chance to win test series in Australia. This is it. They'll win this and most likely make sure a draw next one.
