He would have really struggled with his footwork. But still deserves it more than SN and ULLAH

I know about the foot work issue but NAeem is a well determined batsman who has typical Test temperament, he can frustrate any opposition as well as us fans wit his slow batting but the end result is what matters.

Unlike some others he does not have the urge to go back to comfort of the dressing room. With all his shotcomings, he is the one we needed.

I would consider him although he might struggle to hand the swinging conditions

you may be right, you may be wrong, but to justify the Man does have a century to his name not too long ago against the same attack in the same test we folded under 200 runs like a deck of cards in the 2nd innings.

Unfairly dropped but let us not kid ourselves. A player with Nayeem's limited ability wouldn't have had an easy time on a seaming wicket under swinging conditions against the quality of Jarvis, Meth and Masakadza. Harare ain't Mirpur's dead pitch where you can block full tosses and half volleys until reaching a 250 ball 100, and then get out.

Well done Naeem for taking full advantage of the opportunity.

Due to sickness of Sakib, opportunity came from no where and you made sure that your contribution cannot be ignored.

In two games you had a huge contribution with the bat.
