Does Das ton prove BD must persist with Mosa/Naz/Mithun?
First, I'd like to say congrats to Bangladesh for making the finals and to Das for finally getting his big moment he deserves it.
After watching the match and how Das played especially after three years of struggle of coming in and out of the lineup (ODI/T20 only) he finally rode to the occasion and looks to be in the turning point of the career. (I don't think it's a fluke blip like Sabbir where Sabbir just lived off his innings of 76 at Nidhas and got extended time).
Thus it made me wonder that team selectors should persist with the young guys like Shanto (Naz), Mosa, and Mithun even if they do struggle at the beginning of career? (Especially since in Shanto case he shouldn't have even been on the team thought it was too soon for him).
Even Mehedi who was treated as a tail ender has improved in limited formats and while his innings wasn't a great innings him just being there at the crease made life easier for Liton.

I also don't believe it's a fluke innings. I certainly do hope so. But each individual is different. The same approach might not work with every player, i.e. even after having quite a long international career, Ashraful's average is in the low 20s including a few awesome match winning fluke innings here and there. Liton has proven that he is good enough to play a big innings at this level. But now his challenge will be if he is good enough to play such innings consistently enough, like our Tam-Sha-Mushy-Riyad combo. Same goes for Mithun. And Shanto hasn't passed the first stage yet, but he will get more chances to prove himself I'm sure.

Nazmul is worth persisting with if he can figure out his temperamental issues. The kid definitely has it but he gets frustrated too quickly.(maybe an issue of nerves and inexperience). He is a must for the test team.
Mithun is ideal for the T20 team and maybe ODI or now.
Mosaddek ideal for test team.

People like Ashraful, Anamul themselves put in a good performance once in a while. The problem isn't putting in a single good performance but to maintain it. Liton still needs to improve on his stroke-making and put runs on the board consistently.

Well one only has to look at Soumya and how he started and then fell away. Liton has to be groomed properly and we cannot afford to lose more players like this because we don't have too many options. Liton should be locked in for WC. The coach has to work on his technique against the incoming delivery and work on his offside game. Tamim during his initial years couldn't find gaps in the leg side but over the years improved remarkably. Liton can as well if he continues to work hard and stay way from off the field controversies

I wonder why our seniors who have improved themselves massively with rigorous hard work not being able to influence the youngsters to work on their game?
Or is it could be that our youngsters aren't as hungry as the tamim, sakib, mushfiq and Riyadh?

With the exception of Mashrafi none of the seniors are good leaders. It is evident from their captaincy stints. Under Mashrafi all the bowlers, old and new are doing quite well
