He should be fine as long as he stays away from Stewie.

he has played domestic first class league in recent times so he is used to playing that sort of games already so its pretty obvious he will do well in test cricket

Well done to him but another 22 runs for F sake!!!

Knowing the history of our batsman - he probably will get duck(s) in the second Test. Hope to be wrong!

His temperament has improved for sure, but doubt he can sustain this "success" with that shoddy technique.

I hope there is not too much lekhalekhi on newspapers about him as it will put more pressure on him,let the spot light remain on tamim (kintu amar kotha ke shunbe)
BD players are well known for making debuts with some success but later on become the same typical inconsistent performer.
Hope it won't be the case about Nazim.
On another note ,I think NAzim needs to work hard against spin, looked comfortable against fast bowlers, but his defense was shaky early on today against Rehman & Ajmol.

he is a natural stroke maker, got some good T20 experience, which is why his shots looked so effortless, but I want him to take as much time as he can, his inn proved once again that if you want to occupy the crease runs will come.

Great Job Nazim. You are the reason why I watched 4th day.

When we were looking desperately for top order batsman, you gave us hope... you showed the selectors that there are indeed alternative players ...we just need to be bold and keep trying to find those jewels.

You showed us that you have the quality to change and adjust...your maturity (atleast for this game) surprised me based on what we saw from you last time few years back.

Are you the final solution? Who knows. but you created more competition to the other players and hope to the BC fans.

Do you deserve your own official thread? O ya ... definitely !!! If you continue to perform. this thread will be alive.... if you fail... this thread will die. So I don't see any problem creating this thread.

His technique isn't that bad. He plays with straight bat and rarely went for the balls outside of off stumps. I was surprised of his hitting power though. The first 6 off Rehman was sheer power. Kayes or SN, this ball wouldn't even cross mid off region.

^ Tar senior ra ato baje khelle, new comers der mukhe ki hashi thakbe. Seniors are setting up a wonderful example, score a duck and don't perform in any department and still you'll get selected because my chacha is a selector.

It is indeed sad that with only one fifty, you rise to "fame" in Bangladesh cricket.

Let's see how long he survives.

yes, his power on that inside out lofted drive was quite surprising.
