Paraguay haven't won a single game in allotted time and yet have made it to the semi-finals. Who knows, they might even make it to the finals by winning this in tie-breakers. Yeah, it's been that kind of a Copa.

Granted they had a head start but a population of 3.5 Million but 2 World Cups, 4X Semi Finalists and now 15X Copa Champs. You can't help but ask how have they succeeded, when in comparisons to South Asia.
