The cricket world will be crowning a new champion after 12 years.

Not that I care who becomes the new champion. But, it is a new era.

I was happy to see the Aussies booted out, They felt that the World Cup was theirs, and they have the right to win it every 4 yrs. I feel that it is any of the semi finalists game to win, but India, Pak, SA or Sri lanka could win it, all depends on the QF. I predict that SA will beat NZ and SL will beat England.

Yeah me too was happy to see Aus out, quite bored of them (aus) tbh.lol. I said India will win it before the World Cup started, and I'm still backing them to win it, Tendulkar rulez thats why! I just love the guys batting, massive fan of Tendulkar.

Well, didnt predict anything but NZ played for the win. They went for the kill. It was a great performance by them, and they deserved to win. Back in 1992-96, Jonty alone hogged the fielding headlines. Today the whole NZ team gets that credit.

If I want to root for a new champ, its NZ. Unlikely it'll happen, because they're ~~chokers~~ underdogs all the time too!

It's so annoying to see SA do this over and over again. They are the most dynamic and THE MOST balanced team. They've always been. Why can't they just top the chart, ever, and finish things off! When they had hit #1 spot, they lost to us. Now this was another great chance to break the chock jinx, but they just couldn't cross the rope.
