BDFlag Pick your final starting XI against India

As requested by some of the BC members I have created another thread on selection so let your voices be heard. And please pick only 11 players to keep the poll fair. Voting will be open till the 5th so take your time and vote wisely. It will be nice to see how much our opinion has changed after the warm-ups.

our goal from the warm up matches didnt achieve.the goal for warm up match was find a suitable XI against main opponent. some places are still in doubt and some guys didnt get enough match practice.

i think line up should be

tamim
nayeem (most probably junaed will feature here by our team management)
ashraful
sakib
mahmudullah
shamsur rahman
mushfiq
rokibul (have serious doubt about his capabilty in 20/20)
mashrafe
rasel
rubel

high lighted players position is still in doubt.

if junaed plays in main XI, i want him to bat in lower order and rokibul or nayeem should open.

no need for shahadat (though i wud like to see him in one warm up match)
no need for mithun (mr 1 run, i think he didnt get enough opportunity)
no need for razzaq---- we have 4 spinner (rising mahmudullah, super sakib, nayeem and doosraful)
no need for junaed (his form is bad enough to warm the bench, if he plays, he should bat lower order, so we can see some boom boom afridi type explosion)

rasel/razzaq
rubel

If Mash plays he should complete his quota within the first 10overs...rubel and sakib should bowl at the depth

1. Tamim
2. Mithun Ali ( surprise package thrown at Indians just as we did in the WC with Tamim. A few good overs can be the difference in 20/20's mind you )
3. Ash
4. Sakib
5. Riyad
6. Rakib
7. Nayeem
8. Mash
9. Raj
10. Rubel
11. Rasel

This team has a lot of bowling options something we will need against India. Its a given that at least one or two bowlers will be taken to task by them. We have to be prepared for that. Rakibul is 50-50 and can be switched with Rahim. I don't think Zunaid will come good. I would rather throw in a complete unknown commodity at them. Mitun is that guy in this squad.
