Will the wickets last for so many games? I hope we make decent pitches.

I would have preferred ODI format, but it is what it is. We had a better chance to win it if it was an ODI. It will be tough in T20I to win the trophy.

If it's the same pitch, Bangladesh would still be the one of the finalists.

BTW, Mirpur gets the ICC U19 and then this tournament. I see the pitches would be already dead, isn't it?

Why don't you put a few finals in Chittagong? WCs in India has finals in Mumbai and Kolkata - Delhi got none, LOL!

Would be tough considering it's T20s. Still hoping for a good tournament. Want our boys to give it all and actually fight!

India batting extremely well , specially their top 3 Rohit,Dhawan,Koheli.
To beat them best thing to do is to get rid of the top 3,others like Yuvi,Raina,Dhoni did not get that much batting and are not as good as the top 3.

Our best chance is against Pak & Srilanka.
Pak batting is fragile and without Ajmol & Yasir their bowling will most likely leak runs.
Sri batting is slightly better than Pak but bowling is nothing out of the ordinary.

But then again this is T20 so I'll keep my hopes low.

I would also prefer ODIs.

But im oddly excited for this. Everytime the world t20 comes i temporarily stop hating the garbage format.

BanglaBandhu Stadium is also ICC recognized Test venue. So Dhaka got three. In addition to those BKSP is also used for international cricket (mainly for women cricket). I also heard that Govt. will build a large cricket stadium in Purbachol.

^when is this new promised big stadium going to be built? We need one sooner be better. Least 50k would be great. More people get chance to watch, plus its getting pretty boring all asia cup games will be played in mirpur, most the bpl gets played in mirpur, everything in one stadium gets boring eventually. I have no problem with SBNCS but having everything in one is too much, makes it less exciting.

We have beautiful ground in Sylhet but bcb aint doing jack to get matches there.

Fatullah is about 1 and a half hours away on a good day, I meant within 30 minutes of the hotel.
! Also the facilities there are real bad, the only stadium in Dhaka is Mirpur and is overloaded currently. BCB should either host matches in other cities (not only Ctg) and also look to build a brand new world class stadium, might already be in their plans btw.

I don't think Bangabandhu stadium is usable for cricket anymore. BFF made sure of that by destroying the pitches over there.

It's going to be played T20 format so no chance of winning it. Not yet, ready.

Can we get the u19 final pitch for Asia Cup? Let it be a battle of the bowlers for once. We cant match the fire power of the flat track bullies but as WI and Sri Lanka showed if the pitches offer a little bit we can be back in business against them.

Problem is, India can cope with tracks like this if the need arise but can Bangladesh cope with such pitches, what if India wins the toss and put you In then what.
