-There will be 5 venues for 2014 T-20 WC

-2 New stadiums For the WC

- Cox's Bazar stadium will be minimum 50,000 capacity (source ATN TV/Rumor)

Its good for the upcoming players if the government build more stadiums and renovate the old ones.

Stadium in Gopalganj ??.. I mean not surprising though !!!
Dont worry, by 2014, this govt will be history and the gopalgonj project would be cancelled !!

On a historical note, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Mymensingh and Chittagong were centers of cricket outside of Dhaka in the olden days. My first ever "international" was at Rajshahi stadium (1978) - watched the Ted Clarke led MCC (which included former Test players John Jameson and Richard Hutton and former West Indian opener Conrad Hunte)
