Only one word, win.
BD needs a win badly.

I kinda think we have reached our saturation point in improvement. the graph will rise up and down and rise up again etc, but never will pass the saturation point. our improvement as a team stops here. I dont expect anything more from BD team. a series win at home here and there. one or two wins in 2 years at abroad. one or two test wins at home in spin pitches vs non-sub-con teams. I'll take the norms.

The team is poor, and still has a long way to go.

Dear nekre bro,
I noticed you have been posting this last few days in different threads, which is absolutely understandable. But does not it contradict the very signature you are using.
Anyways, here is some tips for team building as published from top class research from a top tiered university,
Some steps you can take to promote teamwork that were described by participants include:
- Work with your team to agree on a formal description of a good teammate (Sabbir vs Saurov)
- Jointly design a plan to help each member become a good teammate (Use your own combination)
- Create and maintain open feedback channels (Use combinations from 2)
- Focus on a culture of improvement, aimed at learning from mistakes (We seriously need to emphasize on this, it is purely non-existent)

Bd will most likely win this one and will forget everything that went wrong in the last few months. They will think that they are in the right path and continue to do what they always been doing. That is NOTHING. Fans will roar again and will think that they are number one. So they will go to social media and start trolling other nations.
Wish I also could write dui line poddo like Zeeshan

@OneWorld bro, nicely done with thread.
Hope a change of scenery give BD a fighting victory.
But as roman bhai mentioned, a win doesn't erase the amount of crappyness that transpired over a past few weeks.

Jesus Christ. Losses here and there and all of you are losing your s--
I mean NZ made a flippant 243 and LOST, but you don't see their fans losing their and s- and everything microanalysisng every frikkin details.
The key to enjoying these matches and be a good cricket fan is not to take these too seriously.

You play to win, not a respectable (sometimes humiliating) loss

Nice Stadium, but looks like it is located in nowhere.
Where do people park their car? Or do they have to walk miles to come there?
